We’ve worked with the boys a bunch on not being self-conscious when smiling for the camera and to pose more naturally. I think that they’re doing a great job!
We try to build up a sense of self-confidence with these boys. We try to praise the hard work they put in more than the result. We spend time talking with them each day to understand how their day was, how they are feeling, and really..,. whatever they want to talk about.
